Vegetable Broth<\/li>\n<li>1 Tsp Minced Garlic<\/li>\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n<li>Pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Rosemary<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Thyme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process greens, onions, and tomatoes in food processor making them easier to digest.<\/li>\n<li>Cut leek into coins.<\/li>\n<li>Place soup pot on medium heat, adding in vegetable broth.<\/li>\n<li>Add in all ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Bring soup to boil for 5-10 minutes, stirring regularly.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce heat, and allow soup to simmer for approximately 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Allow soup 5 minutes to cool before consuming.<\/li>\n<li>This recipe yields approximately 5-8 servings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enjoy the comfort good food can bring.
