You and your new best friends will be bursting with bliss after just one bite.<\/p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Recipe<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Makes 1 torte<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><em><span class=\"s1\"><b>Base<\/b><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>175\u00a0g (6\u00a0oz\/1<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>1<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>\/2\u00a0cups) raw walnuts<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>zest of 1\u00a0lemon<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>1<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>\/2\u00a0cup dried berries<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>60 ml (2 fl oz\/<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>1<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>\/4 cup) melted extra virgin coconut oil<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>1\u00a0teaspoon stevia powder<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><em><span class=\"s1\"><b>Filling<\/b><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>155\u00a0g (5<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>1<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>\/2\u00a0oz\/1\u00a0cup) raw, unsalted cashews<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>40\u00a0g (1<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>1<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>\/2\u00a0oz\/<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>1<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>\/3\u00a0cup) raw cacao powder<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>115\u00a0g (4\u00a0oz) cacao butter, grated and melted<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>2\u00a0tablespoons rice malt syrup, or 1\u00a0teaspoon stevia powder<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>2\u00a0tablespoons additive-free coconut milk<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>juice of 1\u00a0lemon<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>2\u00a0cups mixed berries, plus extra, for decorating (optional)<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><em><strong>This recipe is Wheat-free\u00a0\u00a0Dairy-free\u00a0\u00a0Gluten-free\u00a0&amp;\u00a0Vegan\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/em> \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>What to do:<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">Place the cashews in a bowl, cover with filtered water and soak for 2\u00a0hours. Drain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">To make the base, place the walnuts in a food processor and blend until they are finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and add the lemon zest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">Place the coconut oil and dried berries in the food processor and blend. Add to the walnut mixture and stevia and combine well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">Press the mixture into a 20 cm (8 inch) springform cake tin and chill in the freezer for 30\u00a0minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">To make the filling, place all the ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">Remove the base from the freezer and spoon the filling over the top.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">Chill for 2\u00a0hours in the fridge, or 1\u00a0hour in the freezer, until set.
