In this four-week series, we’ll move through the five koshas (layers of self) on a journey to our innermost Self. Explore how specific Yin poses activate the qualities of these layers, helping us find balance within ourselves and harmony in the world. Props are not required but guidance as to how to use them for a more supported practice will be offered.
