Level: beginner to intermediate *should be able to attempt a free standing handstand (holding it is not necessary) and feel comfortable using the wall to get upside down Sensing the imprint we leave on this world, be it our feet our voice or our hands. We will explore... 1. inversion fundamentals focusing on the cylinder of control and the pillars of the spine and how to connect our extremities for a successful whole body experience 2. dynamic movement revolving around the center line and active static movement to awaken dormant areas of the body we call on for reinforcement 3. key principles of form, internal & external, for control and grace 4. playtime and FUN ;) My goal is to leave you more aware of your body upside down, awakened to a new idea of how to successfully tune the body to conquer inversion control and grace and to leave you laughing, smiling, happy and confident!
