In this hatha yoga series, you’ll learn new tools for working with each major part of your body. The sequences you’ll explore will be fairly consistent, but different practices will be added each week as we explore new parts of our anatomy. Over time, you’ll gradually develop a sense of how working with concentrated areas impacts your practice as a whole. Come prepared to grow and learn more about yourself as you move through these balanced, meditative, and fun hatha sequences.
Smitten with yoga at age 15 and teaching since age 22, Andrea has 18 years of teaching experience and over 2000 hours of yoga training with many senior teachers including Ramanand Patel, Francois Raoult, Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty. She has more than 800 hours of study with Judith Lasater who she has assisted and studied with since 2004.
