The 21 Day Ashtanga Yoga Challenge is for people who are new to the practice and yogis who have been practicing for a while but want to deepen their understanding. There will be modifications and variations for all of the poses along the way to make it accessible to everyone. This challenge will also include LIVE interactive classes.
