If you want to establish a friendly relationship, it’s important to learn your friend’s language. The most fundamental language of your body is BREATH. It’s so basic, we forget that breath is your body’s lifeline. Breathe well, and you’re improving that relationship.

Attitude - June 3rd - 4PM EST
It matters what attitude you have towards yourself as you practice. There are many we could adopt--friendliness or pleasure-seeking, for example. For this class, we’ll work on the most powerful, neutralizing attitude of all: curiosity.

Monitor - June 10th - 4PM EST
It’s important how you talk to yourself while you practice. The body doesn’t respond well to violent or hateful language, yet this is often how we speak to ourselves. In this class, we’ll monitor your internal dialogue and shift it in a friendly direction.
