Yogaversity is a self-paced, lineage-based yoga training and education program designed to deepen your practice and understanding through philosophy, meditation, and modern movement science, with structured support and guidance from master teachers.
Many yoga practitioners want to go deeper but do not have access to a structured path or teachers rooted in lineage.
With practice logs, check-ins, and guided Mysore-style classes, Yogaversity also provides structure and accountability for your home practice. This helps you get on the mat consistently, reflect on obstacles, and strengthen your routine with support from teachers and community.
Yogaversity makes advanced yoga study accessible from anywhere in the world with Kino MacGregor and world-class faculty. This 12-month online yoga training blends philosophy, meditation, practice, and modern movement science with mentorship, assignments, and community to keep you supported.
Yogaversity is a year-long study of yoga led by Kino MacGregor, blending lineage, philosophy, and practice to shape you into both practitioner and scholar. Over 12 months, you will study sacred texts, meditation, anatomy, cultural history, and trauma-informed approaches with Kino and a global faculty of experts.
Yogaversity offers more than structured lessons. With home practice accountability, mentorship, and ongoing support, it becomes a lived experience. Over twelve months, you are guided in applying teachings in real time, reflecting deeply, and integrating yogic wisdom through the ups and downs of everyday life. This year-long design is a powerful catalyst for lasting growth and transformation.
Join a supportive community of practitioners and teachers, deepen your practice with guidance from master faculty, and explore yoga as a lifelong journey of growth, connection, and learning how to share the practice with integrity.
Deepen your yoga foundation with structured lessons and consistent support. Ideal for students with at least one year of steady practice who are ready to expand their understanding of tradition and philosophy.
Learn with teacher support, personalized mentorship, and small group check-ins to strengthen both your studies and your home practice. With practice logs, accountability, and community support, Yogaversity helps you stay consistent on the mat and navigate the challenges of practicing outside a studio.

“Yogaversity is so much more than a yoga teacher training—it’s a true university of the soul. I couldn’t have imagined a more enriching, thoughtful, and transformative experience. The depth of wisdom shared by the incredible group of teachers made every module feel like a revelation. I’m beyond grateful for this journey. Yogaversity helped me align my practice, my purpose, and my voice as both a student and teacher. It’s a course I would take again and again.”

“This program covers beyond the physical practice many facets of yoga: spiritual aspects, history, traditions, cultural developments, philosophy, study of the sacred texts, and so on. The different modules are delivered in a professional manner by passionate teachers from different cultures which made this experience unique. The online infrastructure provided is perfectly suited to e-learning. This course, which requires a sincere investment, is a very enriching experience and I really enjoyed it.”
