The subscription includes all of the video content on the website (over 3,000 videos) with few exceptions, listed here. All Specialty Workshops and Courses are purchased individually and not included in the subscription. Many of the live classes are free for members and some charge a small fee, but if the class does have a cost associated with it, subscribers will receive a discount on the live class.

All subscriptions renew automatically, as noted on our website, during the sign-up process, and in your profile. Our monthly subscription is $14.99 USD charged each month on the first day of your billing cycle, and our annual (yearly) subscription is $149.99 USD charged each year on the first day of your billing cycle. As you go through the sign-up process, you will see that you select either the monthly or annual billing option.
When subscribing to Omstars, all new users receive a free trial. This 14-day free trial grants you access to all our great Omstars content, with the exception of things that are purchased individually. You will have access to 3,000+ videos. If you have previously started a subscription or free trial with us in the past, then you are considered a returning user and will not receive the free trial. During the sign-up process, you will select the monthly or the annual subscription option, enter your information, and after your free trial ends, the subscription you have selected will begin automatically.

There are a few ways you can restart your subscription.

1. Sign in, go into your profile and simply click “restart my subscription”. This automatically restarts your previous membership type at our standard prices.
2. If there is a sale that you’d like to restart your membership with, sign in and click any “subscribe” button you see. This will take you back through the payment flow where you’ll enter your payment details and where you can add the sale code.
3. In the case that you have cancelled but your membership is still active but you’d like to resubscribe with a special code or simply reactive your membership, please contact our support team at

Clicking the person icon or your custom photo in the top right corner will open up a drop down menu where you can select profile. From there, scroll down until you see the option to cancel your subscription. You can update your payment information with us by doing the following:

1. Log into Omstars
2. Click on your profile image or icon in the top right corner, and then “Profile” in the dropdown menu
3. Scroll down to the “Payment Details” section
4. Click on “Update Card”
5. Enter your new card information

All live classes must be reserved before the class starts. You can review the schedule and reserve a spot here. Please note that all class times on the live page are listed in your local time zone. Once you have reserved your spot, you will receive a Zoom link emailed to you before the start of the class. If you have not used Zoom previously, please plan to set up for your class 5-10 minutes earlier than usual so you can set up a free Zoom account to access the class. If you are having issues, we recommend closing out of Zoom and relaunching the Zoom app.
You can access your purchased course content through the “Watch” page by locating the “Specialty Workshops and Programs” section. All the Specialty Courses, including Immersions, that you have purchased will be available for streaming here.
All live class purchases and Specialty Course purchases are final and cannot be refunded. If you have any questions about the class or course content before you sign up, please reach out to and we would be happy to make recommendations for you.

Many of our users with smart TVs have found that mirroring the screen of their phone or computer to their TV is the best option. Because every single TV has a different native browser, it would be impossible to optimize Omstars for all of them, so logging in straight from the TV browser may not work. We recommend doing an online search for your TV along with screen mirroring to find directions on how to utilize this feature for your specific TV, or check the manual. If you have an additional device like a Chromecast, Roku, or Apple TV, you can often screen mirror using those devices. Other users have simply connected an HDMI cable from the computer to the TV.
We are currently working on ways to make our videos available for download. However, this project is still in the beginning planning stages and will take quite some time to fully come to fruition. While streaming is limiting, this is what we have accessible right now. We appreciate your support and patience in this matter.
We recommend selecting the lowest stream quality for testing purposes. Browsers should be on the most updated version, and the cache should be cleared. We recommend Google Chrome. In general, phones playing videos will perform better on wifi versus cell network and we recommend that you lower the video quality when watching on phones to reduce CPU. You have the option to save into the default favorites playlist or you create your own with a custom name.

To save to a custom playlist, click on the play button icon and follow prompts from there. The star button will automatically add the class to the default “Favorites” playlist.

To access your playlists, click on your profile image or icon in the top menu. This will bring up the drop-down menu with the playlist options.
