Omstars has two membership options, Omstars and Omstars+. What you have access to depends on which subscription you signed up for.

A standard Omstars subscription costs $18 monthly or $189 yearly. This subscription includes unlimited access to 4,000+ prerecorded on-demand yoga classes and our members-only Facebook Group.

The Omstars+ subscription costs $37 monthly or $297 yearly. As an Omstars+ member, you have unlimited access to daily LIVE-streamed classes and special discounts on specialty classes and workshops in addition to access to unlimited access to 4,000+ on-demand classes and the members-only Facebook Group.

You can upgrade your subscription from Omstars to Omstars+ at any time.

Our 7-day free trial is available to new members. Your free trial will start when you sign up for Omstars or Omstars+ account when you choose a monthly billing option. During the trial, you’ll have access to everything included in your chosen membership tier for 7 days before your card is charged.

If you decide you don’t want to continue with us before the trial period is over, you can cancel your subscription and no charges will appear on your card. If you do not cancel your subscription before the 7-day trial period is over, your card will automatically be charged.

If you decide you want to continue with a subscription, but would like to be billed annually instead of monthly, go to Billing Settings on your profile page.

If you have previously held a subscription, you are not eligible for a free trial when you reactivate your account.

Yes, all subscriptions renew automatically, as noted on our website, during the sign-up process, and in your profile. Once a subscription is cancelled, access to Omstars remains until the end of the billing period. Omstars is unable to refund payments or credit accounts for unused subscription time.

We would be happy to switch you over to our yearly subscription! Please email support@omstars.com so we can get your account set up properly.

There are a few ways you can restart your subscription.

1. Sign in, go into your profile and simply click “restart my subscription”. This automatically restarts your previous membership type at our standard prices.
2. If there is a sale that you’d like to restart your membership with, sign in and click any “subscribe” button you see. This will take you back through the payment flow where you’ll enter your payment details and where you can add the sale code.
3. In the case that you have cancelled but your membership is still active but you’d like to resubscribe with a special code or simply reactive your membership, please contact our support team at support@omstars.com.
4. If you are unsure at any moment with restarting your membership, please reach out to our team and we’ll take care of everything for you. You can email info@omstars.com or support@omstars.com

We're so sorry to see you go! To cancel, you can go into your profile. Clicking the person icon or your custom photo in the top right corner will open up a drop down menu where you can select profile. From there, scroll down until you see the option to cancel your subscription. All subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, as noted on our website, during the sign-up process, and in your profile. Once a subscription is cancelled, access to Omstars remains until the end of the billing period. Omstars is unable to refund payments or credit accounts for unused subscription time. You can delete your account by visiting the Profile Page. To request the removal of any additional data* stored on our servers, please contact us at info@omstars.com.

*This includes data collected from Omstars mobile apps.

You can update your payment information with us by doing the following:

1. Log into Omstars
2. Click on your profile image or icon in the top right corner, and then “Profile” in the dropdown menu
3. Scroll down to the “Payment Details” section
4. Click on “Update Card”
5. Enter your new card information

All live classes must be reserved before the class starts. You can review the schedule and reserve a spot here. Please note that all class times on the live page are listed in your local time zone. Once you have reserved your spot, you will receive a Zoom link emailed to you before the start of the class. If you have not used Zoom previously, please plan to set up for your class 5-10 minutes earlier than usual so you can set up a free Zoom account to access the class. If you are having issues, we recommend closing out of Zoom and relaunching the Zoom app.

You can access your purchased course content through the “Watch” page by locating the “Specialty Workshops and Programs” section. All the Specialty Courses, including Immersions, that you have purchased will be available for streaming here.

All live class purchases and Specialty Course purchases are final and cannot be refunded. If you have any questions about the class or course content before you sign up, please reach out to info@omstars.com and we would be happy to make recommendations for you.

Yes! The Omstars app is available for iOS and Android and is free to use for members.

Many of our users with smart TVs have found that mirroring the screen of their phone or computer to their TV is the best option. Because every single TV has a different native browser, it would be impossible to optimize Omstars for all of them, so logging in straight from the TV browser may not work. We recommend doing an online search for your TV along with screen mirroring to find directions on how to utilize this feature for your specific TV, or check the manual. If you have an additional device like a Chromecast, Roku, or Apple TV, you can often screen mirror using those devices. Other users have simply connected an HDMI cable from the computer to the TV.

We are currently working on ways to make our videos available for download. However, this project is still in the beginning planning stages and will take quite some time to fully come to fruition. While streaming is limiting, this is what we have accessible right now. We appreciate your support and patience in this matter.

We recommend selecting the lowest stream quality for testing purposes. Browsers should be on the most updated version, and the cache should be cleared. We recommend Google Chrome. In general, phones playing videos will perform better on wifi versus cell network and we recommend that you lower the video quality when watching on phones to reduce CPU. Hopefully, this makes the service a little smoother for you! Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues after taking these actions. You have the option to save into the default favorites playlist or you create your own with a custom name.

To save to a custom playlist, click on the play button icon and follow prompts from there. The star button will automatically add the class to the default “Favorites” playlist.

To access your playlists, click on your profile image or icon in the top menu. This will bring up the drop-down menu with the playlist options.
