We’ve all had the experience of looking at a yoga pose and thinking there’s no way my body could ever twist into that position. Flexibility is the key to all those bendy poses. In this challenge, Kino MacGregor and Irene Pappas will share their favorite poses and drills to help you get into those seemingly impossible poses. You’ll open and stretch your muscles to increase flexibility in your hips and learn how to get into those challenging backbends.
Total Body Flexibility is a 14-day challenge. There will be modifications and variations for all of the poses along the way to make the challenge accessible to everyone. Get ready to step onto your mat with Kino and Irene to stretch, sweat, laugh, and have fun.

International yoga teacher, Kino MacGregor has over 20 years of experience in Ashtanga yoga and 18 years of experience in Vipassana Meditation. She is one of a select group of people to receive the certification to teach Ashtanga Yoga and practice into the Fifth Series of Ashtanga Yoga. With over 1 million followers on Instagram and over 700,000 subscribers on YouTube and Facebook, she spreads the message of yoga around the world.
To Kino, yoga is more than making shapes. It is a daily ritual where people tune deeply into their spiritual center and experience the peace of the Eternal Divine. Her goal is to make the tools of traditional yoga accessible for all different sizes, shapes, ethnicities, and ages. She believes yoga is truly for everyone.
As a lover of movement, Irene is passionate about her practice. She has studied Ashtanga, Rocket, Yoga Nidra, and more. Irene’s curiosity has also taken her off the mat and has led her to study with hand balancers, circus performers, and contortionists to expand her own knowledge and explore the capabilities of her body.
After experiencing a life-changing wrist injury, Irene has redefined her yoga practice in many ways, placing more emphasis on a strong foundation and finding gratitude for her body with or without advanced asana. She still enjoys intense practice but has learned to value being a good person over being good at yoga asana.
