$35Partner yoga invites connection, communication, and a new way of experiencing familiar shapes, together. This course is designed to gently introduce you to the fundamentals of partner yoga, building trust, awareness, and strength through shared movement.
Beginning with an accessible introduction, you’ll learn how to engage with a partner safely and mindfully, exploring alignment, clear communication, and mutual support. As the course progresses, you’ll go deeper into partner-based postures, refining technique and discovering how shared balance and feedback can enhance both stability and ease.
In the final class, the focus shifts toward cultivating strength, physically and energetically, using partner yoga to support, challenge, and empower one another. You’ll explore how working with a partner can help you access strength you may not find on your own, while staying grounded and connected.
Suitable for beginners and those new to partner yoga, this course offers a playful yet thoughtful approach to practicing together, whether with a friend, loved one, or fellow yogi. Come curious, communicate openly, and discover how partnership can deepen your practice.
