Uugantuya “Ugi” Otgonbayar, is a world-renowned contortionist. Ugi is a highly sought-after performer and has worked with some of the world's most prestigious venues and entertainment groups, including Cirque Du Soleil and has appeared in Hollywood blockbusters such as The Greatest Showman and Alita: Battle Angel. Ugi has also performed at the Adelaide Fringe Festival, Blanc de Blanc at the Sydney Opera House, and many other events around the world. Born in Mongolia in 1988, she began her training at the Mongolian State Circus School at the age of six under the tutelage of world-renowned contortion master Ma'am Tsend- Ayush. Since then, she has performed in solo, duo, and group contortion shows internationally. In 2010, she won a Bronze Clown Award at the 34th International Circus Festival of Monte Carlo with the Blue Sky Girls. Ugi is an engaging teacher who makes contortionism approachable and fun.
