Witness the power of flexibility to improve your handstands. During this 3-hour workshop, we’ll warm up our wrists and shoulders before moving straight into core, conditioning, and classical drills and exercises to help you establish and develop your handstand practice. Then we will work on flexibility, focusing on lengthening the hamstrings and opening up the hip flexors to improve our handstanding capacity. We will end class with a well thought out restorative flow and learn some recovery tips along the way. All are welcome to attend. Prepare to sweat, learn, and have fun!
