Esmeralda Lamas began her yoga journey in 2008. She connected with the practice of yoga looking for acceptance during a complicated time in her life. She completed the 2 year apprenticeship with Miami Life Center under Tim Feldmann. Esme continues to travel regularly to Mysore, India to learn directly from the source of Ashtanga Yoga. In Esme’s classes you will find traditional Sanskrit counting with verbal adjustments emphasizing alignment, breath and drishti.
