Join Rocky every week for a fast, fiery, and functional practice that will strengthen your body, increase resilience, and enhance your endurance. Each class will focus on a particular body region (upper body, lower body, core, etc) and include both familiar and innovative yoga poses and drills set to intervals of exertion and rest. Our traditional yoga practice is useful in slowing our heart rate, moving mindfully, and down-shifting our nervous system. That said, for the health of our heart and our overall well-being, it is also important to engage in practices that elevate our heart rate and ask us to move more plyometrically. This practice will combine the awareness and intelligent sequencing you love from your yoga practice, with an adaptable approach to strength training that will leave you feeling buoyant and blissful. All levels are welcome.

Rocky Heron is an internationally acclaimed yoga educator and musician.
