Playing with standing balance poses, transitions as well as some arm balances and inversions, this class is going to see where we all stand. It’s the most wonderful time of the year! As we wrap up 2021, we are finding gratitude for the months past and starting to bring our attention toward the months that lay ahead. Yoga Festivus is a celebration of those gifts that are waiting for us every time we step on our mat.
Nosa Edebor
Yoga teacher, dancer and acrobat Nosa Edebor has traveled the world training and teaching his love of connection and movement as one half of the teaching duo Nosie Yogi along with his wife and teaching partner Susie Edebor. He has been featured in the Houston Chronicle, Good Morning America and the NY Daily News. Nosa found yoga while training professionally as a dancer in 2004. Since becoming a certified Yoga and level 2 AcroYoga teacher 2014, he has taught in over 2 dozens countries on 4 continents. His classes are a mix of all his passions and are a fun and progressive way to safely explore your practice.
