The fourth session’s intention will be guided by focus and creativity. New year, renewed energy, right? Often that renewed energy can help our creativity flourish. In this series, we’ll align with the power of sound healing and meditation, guided by principles of cultivating creative thinking. Each session will open with a meditation to help activate energy centers in the body and allow for a time to set intentions, followed by an short experience in which the body is literally ‘bathed in sound,’ created by a variety of sound healing instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, and chimes to support you through this journey. This accessible restorative practice uses the power of sound, intention, and silence to help you tap into your parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) nervous system and support a lush layer of rejuvenation. The sound bath creates a safe space for empowered rest and self-inquiry.
