Rooted in the Vajrayana Buddhist tradition, this six-week course will guide you through the step-by-step development of stable, focused awareness — the kind that brings clarity, calm, and confidence both on and off the cushion. We’ll be working with Khenpo Gyaltsen’s short, practical guide “How to Practice Śamatha and Its Benefits” (a PDF copy will be provided).
