This lecture series will focus on the concepts of skillful, yogic action in a noisy, chaotic world. We'll examine why yoga practice on the mat is just the beginning of how we show up in the world to be agents of positive, skillful action. We'll examine ways to relate to one another that honors our shared humanity, without glossing over or minimizing our differences. Each lecture is rich enough as a stand-alone offering; however, they are designed to build off one another. Feel free to come to one or all of them.
