Weekend Reset: Shake it Off! This first week is all about letting go and releasing anything that holds you back. We’ll explore movements that allow you to get playful and let go of tension and stress that’s built up in the body. Take time away from desks and deadlines to find joyful movement that allows you to connect with yourself and find your unique flow. These all-levels 30-minute practices will invite you to get creative, playful, and shed built-up stress. In each class, we’ll try new variations of familiar shapes, connect with the breath, and express ourselves through dynamic movement. You will come into greater alignment with yourself and be empowered to make your practice your own.
