Grounding and Resting In this practice, you’ll do forward bends and simple back bends. This series of four classes will aim to ground the body and mind. We’ll do so through conscious and slow practices of asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation. Nathalie’s intention is to share tools with you that can calm and reduce vata dosha and leave you feeling balanced!
