Chelsea Ervin is a 200hr RYT based in Chicago who specializes in teaching hatha and vinyasa yoga. She found yoga in 2013 as a way to lose weight and do cool looking poses, but soon realized that those goals were not helping her feel better or happier. Through her practice she has found herself on a journey of self-acceptance and wants to help other people realize they too can find happiness and fulfilment now. Her classes are accessible and approachable for students of all levels. Body acceptance plays a large role in how she conducts her teaching.
