The Ashtanga Challenge

Welcome to the #AshtangaChallenge with Kino MacGregor! Joining this challenge means you are a dedicated student of the Ashtanga Yoga Methods, and you are ready to dive into a friendly exploration of the Ashtanga Yoga Second Series, also known as the Intermediate Series. This traditional practice is physically, spiritually and energetically demanding. The emotional effect of facing these difficult postures can cause internal confrontation and, at times, feel completely defeating. Over the course of this 15-day, members only challenge, Kino will introduce you to postures from the series through tutorials that discuss the significance of the postures, proper form, mechanics and practice. During the final days of the challenge, Kino will lead you through several practices, leading up to the Full Ashtanga Yoga Second Series.
