Yinspiration is the first yin yoga school in the world to create a specialised Chinese Medicine module for the yin community in 2012. This program was designed and co-written with the Vice Principal of the Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is the first yin yoga training program that models after the Chinese Medicine curriculum taught in TCM universities in China. Thousands of yin yoga teachers and trainers around the world have graduated from this program. This Chinese Medicine module continues to serve as the blueprint program for hundreds of yin yoga trainers worldwide.
As the FIRST yoga school in the world to create a 300-hour yin yoga certification program, this comprehensive training is designed in accordance with the requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance USA. Upon graduation, students may apply directly with Yoga Alliance USA for “YACEP” status or accumulate these hours towards Yinspiration’s 300-hour advanced certification and 1000-hour Diploma in Yin Yoga.
