Are you ready for a new challenge to kick off the arrival of spring? The Everyday Joy of Yoga Challenge, starting May 1st, is a 9-day members-only challenge with one of our newest teachers, Kaitlyn Kreitzman and includes everything from invigorating flows to restorative yoga! This challenge is in support of American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), a foundation that supports families & individuals affected by mental health trauma. We hope you’ll join together with us in raising awareness for this outstanding foundation through the healing practice of yoga. Through the #everydayjoyofyoga challenge, Kaitlyn will lead you through a series of classes designed to introduce you to a variety of yoga styles. Each class will focus on a different part of your body, and you can either take the classes by themselves or combine them for a longer practice. Not a member yet?
