Spring is a natural time to reset our rhythms, establish new habits, and return to the practices that support us. We’ve designed the Ashtanga Reset Challenge as a 14-day guided journey to help you reconnect with your Ashtanga yoga practice and rebuild consistency in the Primary Series!
Led by Kino MacGregor, this challenge offers a progressive path through key postures of the Ashtanga Primary Series with daily tutorials, guided classes, and practical variations to support practitioners at different stages of their practice. Whether you are new to Ashtanga yoga or returning after time away, this challenge provides a supportive structure to help you recommit to practice and rediscover the strength, focus, and steadiness that develop through daily practice.
Over the course of two weeks, you will gradually build toward practicing the full Primary Series with greater clarity, confidence, and connection to breath.

Accessible variations to adapt the practice to your needs
A live guided Full Primary Series class with Kino MacGregor at the end of the challenge
Each week includes six short tutorials introducing key postures from the Ashtanga Primary Series. At the end of each week, you will practice a longer guided class that integrates the postures learned during the previous days.
Week one focuses on foundational postures and builds toward a guided Half Primary Series practice.
Week two progresses toward a complete guided Primary Series practice.
