    This training series is designed to help practitioners build the foundations that make balance possible through progressive practice, intelligent technique, and steady repetition.

    Whether you are working toward your first handstand, moving through a plateau, or refining your understanding of inversions as a teacher, this series offers a clear and sustainable approach to practice.

    The live classes in July will follow progressive weekly themes with corresponding homework to check in with your handstand progress.

    Week 2: The Handstand Form - Focus on refining technique and alignment.
    Week 3: The Handstand Mind - Focus on balancing and falling.
    Week 4: The Handstand Playground - Focus on exploring and variations.
