Born in Healdsburg California, now residing in San Clemente California, Jacob has always been about fitness. From football, wrestling, and baseball, fitness has always been a huge part of his life. He played college baseball for Sacramento City College and finished playing for Irvine Valley College as a pitcher. Later learning the key to keeping up in the best possible shape of the body and the mind was in fact yoga. Jacob brings a sincere yet professional attitude towards teaching yoga. He practices many different styles of yoga which includes : Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha and Vinyasa. His hope for each of his clients is that they can find the inner peace he has been able to achieve through the art of yoga.
