Jasmine Briones is a self-taught vegan chef, food photographer and blogger that works alongside her partner Chris (aka Conscious Chris) on the brand Sweet Simple Vegan. Jasmine discovered veganism and the power of plant-based foods after struggling with an eating disorder in college and searching for a lifestyle that would help her regain her health. Not only that, veganism also helped her heal her relationship with food and introduced her to a brand new community that helped change her life for the better. She began Sweet Simple Vegan in 2013 shortly after she had gone vegan to share her experience and inspire others to consider living more consciously and practicing self-love through the power of food. Jasmine also earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and is certified in Plant Based Nutrition through eCornell.
