Join Emilia live for her Wholesome Training designed specifically for yogis who wish to strengthen the body with the use of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight. These classes focus on specific muscle groups followed by an Ashtanga-based yoga sequence that stretches and brings light to the body after the strengthening workout. For props and equipment - You’ll need dumbbells between 5 and 12 lbs. If you’d like an alternative to weights, you can fill two water bottles. You’ll also need resistance bands, blocks and a chair.

Emilia, originally from Colombia, began her yoga journey when her mother invited her to a class. Captivated by the depth of breath and the body’s ability to move in such transformative ways, she explored different styles of Vinyasa Yoga until she discovered Ashtanga. With an athletic background and many years of teaching fitness, Emilia immediately fell in love with Ashtanga’s discipline and its use of the body as a tool for transformation.
