This joyful movement series is a self-care practice! Movement is a privilege that we take for granted. We don't have to do movement, we get to do movement as part of our everyday lives. We often forget that we are blessed to be able to move our bodies intentionally, and it is important not to take our bodies for granted as we move through life. Our bodies and movements will change over time, but we can continue to celebrate our bodies through intentional movement.
