Improve your backbends with world-renowned contortionist Uugantuya “Ugi” Otgonbayar. Ugi will teach you how to properly warm-up and cool down for back bending before introducing you to drills that will take your backbends to the next level. You’ll also learn drills to improve your bridge pose, waterfall, chin stand, and forearm stand. For this class, you will need a mat, two yoga blocks, and an elevated foam surface, such as an ottoman or couch seat.
