Cultivate strength, balance, and space. Each class is personalized around a body part, action, and teaching. I include mobility, psychology, and personal insights throughout. We will learn receptive alignment, mindful embodiment, and any conscious practice that is currently supporting my direct experience. This practice primarily includes yoga, and may also include, mobility, core work, and playful approaches to reprogramming the body, mind, and breath.
I am grounded in a daily Mysore and Dharma yoga practice. I also love and train hand balancing, rock climbing, and dance; all of it is intuitive movement. It's all love. I am happy to offer yoga classes, movement retreats, workshops, and intensives in the United States, Bali, Costa Rica, Mexico, India, Europe, and the Caribbean.
