Immersion Schedule

Day 1

  • Morning practice with Kino

    Join Kino for an invigorating morning practice focused on asana and meditation.

  • Forward Folds

    Prepare for a deep journey into the muscular and skeletal techniques behind forward folds that will help you tap into the more subtle energies of emotions and surrender. Instead of forcing your body into submission, this class will help you change the paradigm and discover on your own terms what it means to truly be flexible.

Day 2

  • Morning practice with Kino

    Start your day with a yoga asana and meditation session led by Kino.

  • Hip Rotation and Mobility

    Accessing a deep release and opening in hip rotation requires a unique combination of anatomical knowledge and inner calmness. Join this class to learn the right information and more importantly, the right frame of mind, in which to open your hips. Learn how to create the safe space of patience, kindness and tolerance in the deepest regions of the pelvis and watch your hips open.

Day 3

  • Morning practice with Kino

    Morning practice led by Kino.

  • Twists

    Deep twisting cleanses and energizes the body and invites the mind to experience new levels of awareness. Find the perfect balance between activation and release in this new approach to twisting. Learn safe, anatomy-based techniques to increase flexibility in your spine and shoulders while creating a solid foundation in your pelvis. Use the core strength of the body to support the twisting and extension. You will have fun exploring the possibilities with twists and challenging arm balances!

Day 4

  • Strength

    If doing a lift up feels impossible, or if you want to take your jump-throughs to a new level, this class is for you. This class integrates the elusive 'bandha' and core work in a way that is accessible for everyone. By using natural and scientific principles, like gravity, weight distribution, and mind-body connection, you will gain a new understanding of the potential for natural strength in your body. You will leave this workshop with the tools to continue building strength, embracing presence and heightening awareness.

Day 5

  • Morning practice with Kino

    Last day to join in a guided practice led by Kino!

  • Backbends

    If you have always wanted to deepen your backbends this class is for you! Unlock the secret to backbends and explore spinal flexibility with sound anatomical technique. Whether you are an established practitioner looking to refine your approach to asana, or a newbie wishing to understand the dynamics of backbends, you will find kernels of wisdom to better inform your practice here.
