Retreat Schedule

  • Go Within - Sadhana Sati

    This two and a half hour practice session begins with a long sit supported by Kino’s careful guidance through the inner space of meditation. Learn and immediately apply the basic training of mindfulness to quiet and calm the mind. Practice applying the principle of equanimity in body and mind. Once the doorway to the meditative state is open, transition to a deep yin practice rooted in mindful movement. Through a methodical progression into the inner depth of the mind, body and spirit, you will access the true nature of your inner being and enter into a state of harmony and coherence.

  • Explore the Path - Samadhi Magga

    Continue to heighten your powers of concentration and deep relaxation with another session of meditation and yoga. Learn and apply a new technique of meditation, Metta, that translates the hard work put in while walking the path into real life positive changes. Enjoy live, restorative rhythms brought to you by DJ Taz Rashid. Study the foundational texts and theoretical basis for the practice of meditation and yoga. Understand the technique of true spiritual practice whose aim is the liberation of the mind, to a state of freedom. End with questions and discourses.
