Lessons Included

  • AcuYin (Acupressure + Yin Yoga)

It is said that there are 361 acupoints in the human body but only some are commonly used in the treatments of diseases and illnesses. In this AcuYin session, learn how to locate some of the more common acupoints for self-healing and combine these acupoints with their corresponding yin yoga poses to enhance the efficacy of the techniques.

  • MyoYin (Myofascial Release + Yin Yoga)

Our myofascial tissues develop trigger points everyday through our lifestyle patterns, unhealthy habits or poor bodily postures. These trigger points build up in the belly of the muscles, causing tensions and achiness that create lingering discomfort. Learn how to apply myofascial release ball rolling techniques into yin yoga poses to eradicate these trigger points and improve mobility.

  • Yin & Meridian Nidra

Students will begin by stretching the body in yin poses to stimulate the acupuncture meridians before being led into a 10-stage guided relaxation practice based on the visualisation of the pathways of the meridians to strengthen the meridian qi flow of the body.
