Learn the secrets of flexibility

The human body is designed to move, but we’re more sedentary than ever before. The aches and pains you feel from sitting all day are real, but you don’t have to suffer with them.

Stretching increases blood flow to muscle tissues making them feel loose, limber, and healthy. Even if you think you’re the most inflexible person in the world and stretching doesn’t work for you, give this challenge a try.

Kino has designed this challenge to teach you the secrets of flexibility. When you learn how to work with your muscles to lengthen them, you’ll find you are able to progress more than you ever have before. You’ll get the support of a global community doing the challenge with you and posting on social media.

What to Expect
Week 1 - You’re excited to start the challenge!

Set yourself up for success from the beginning by putting aside time for the challenge. Read the emails and take the class each day.

Week 2 - You might find your enthusiasm waning.

Get support from the community. Follow the challenge hashtag #mindbodyflex on social media. Post your pictures and like and comment on pictures posted by other people in the challenge.

Week 3 - Don’t let frustration discourage you!

Just because you’ve found a pose you can’t do now doesn’t mean you’ll never be able to do it. Keep working on it and you’ll get there.

Week 4 - Congratulate yourself! You’re in the final stretch.

Keep going. The end is in sight. Acknowledge how much you’ve accomplished.
