Sound, Mind & Body: Yin and Live Music feat. DJ Taz
This two hour live practice session will open with a seated meditation, carefully and intentionally guided by Kino to help you explore your inner world and find peace within. Learn and immediately apply the basic training of mindfulness to quiet and calm the mind. Once the doorway to the meditative state is open, the session will allow for some personal journaling time. Then, enjoy a deep introspective yin practice rooted in mindful movement featuring live, all original, restorative rhythms by DJ Taz Rashid.
