This class is specially designed for yogis who want to build strength and endurance to support and deepen their yoga practice. We’ll begin with 45 minutes of strength training using weights or resistance bands to develop stability, power, and overall support for the body. Right after, we’ll flow into a 45-minute yoga sequence inspired by Ashtanga, allowing the body to stretch, release tension, and find balance after the strengthening portion. Please bring a couple of dumbbells or resistance bands, and of course, your yoga mat.

Emilia, originally from Colombia, began her yoga journey when her mother invited her to a class.
